1. Pursuant to state statues
we comply with all laws concerning refunds,
after which all sales are final and non-refundable.
Ads normally post within 24 hours of authorized
billing and services are rendered at that time.
Any necessary changes to information in the
ad are to be sent in writing or through our
website.

names listed on UnikProperty.com may be trademarks
of their prospective owners.

3. UnikProperty.com contains
some links to other websites. We are not responsible
for the content in those websites, and such
websites are not monitored by us.

4. Limited right to use.
The viewing, printing. or downloading of any
content, form, or document from the site can
only be used for your own personal use and not
for re-publication, distribution, assignment,
sale, sub-license, or any other use. No part
of any content on the site can be reproduced
in any form or incorporated into any information
system, website, electronic, or mechanical uses.

harmless from any loss, liability, expenses,
or claim, including reasonable attorney fees
related to any violation of this agreement or

6. Payments: You understand
that you are purchasing advertising from UnikProperty.com
and that any credit or banking information that
you supply is true and complete. Charges incurred
by you will be honored by your credit card company
or bank, and that you will pay the charges incurred
by you at the time of billing. |

7. This site may contain
hyperlinks to other sites. These are set as
a convenience to you and in no way are affiliated
with UnikProperty.com, nor are they indorsed
or backed by us unless otherwise specified. |

8. By advertising with
us, you agree to authorize the one time advertising
fee noted on your ad agreement to be charged
to the account specified. You are free to use
your property as stated in your agreement with
the resort until your property is sold and transaction
closed. UnikProperty.com is a by Owner Company.
If we decide to take your advertisement, UnikProperty.com
is assuming your property will sell within 60
days and agrees to advertise your property via
print, electronic media, seminars or other promotional
means to reach qualified customers. In the event
you receive no offers within said period; you
have the option to renew the agreement. UnikProperty.com
will forward inquiries about your property to
you. UnikProperty.com is not a real estate broker
& cannot accept a commission on the sale
or rental of your property, nor can UnikProperty.com
guarantee a sale or rental in any certain time
frame. Buyer normally pays closing costs. If
property is not sold as a result of our services
within one year after enrolling in our sale
program we will refund 100% of your advertising
fee. If a buyer is found with proof of sale
within 20% of your original asking price with
UnikProperty.com without using our service,
we will refund 200% of your advertising fee.
Otherwise there are no refunds and all sales
are final. |

be held liable for any costs beyond the pro-rated
costs paid by the client for those services
which were not provided. By using or continuing
to use the services of UnikProperty.com you
agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
UnikProperty.com reserves the
right to cancel any timeshare rental or sales
ad. In most cases, this would only occur if
complaints were received from property renters
or buyers about misrepresentation... However,
UnikProperty.com reserves the right to cancel
any ad at its sole discretion and for any reason.
